This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +4 more states.
• Oversee and accomplish financial objectives for the Division by driving revenue growth and maintaining existing accounts.
• Enhance gross margins within the current customer base as well as new expansion accounts.
• Attract, nurture, and retain talented sales professionals.
• Establish, manage, and assess sales performance and market opportunities for both new sales and customer retention.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients and broaden the range of programs and services offered.
• Achieve or surpass revenue targets while adhering to Division cost, expense, revenue, and profit goals.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM prospect information, including revenue potential and chances of closing deals.
• Collaborate with divisional managers, corporate leadership, clients, and sales teams.
• Engage in customer calls with high-value accounts.
• Hold regular meetings with the Division's top 10 clients.
• Dedicate approximately 4 out of 5 days to travel, visiting the top 20 customers alongside Account Executives.
• Work with the operational counterpart to enhance processes, boost sales, achieve operational efficiencies, and lower costs.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Inspire and motivate team members to build proficient teams.
• Ensure timely completion of performance management initiatives across the Division and the corporation.
• Carry out other responsibilities essential for the effective functioning of the department and the company.
• 7-10 years of experience in sales management or equivalent background.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, hospital industry, medical equipment, sales, and services is mandatory.
• Proven track record in sales management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems.
• Proven history of achieving results (meeting sales quotas).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Comprehensive understanding of product and service offerings.
• Strong financial acumen and a solid grasp of financial analysis and communication.
• Awareness of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations, alternate care providers, and medical equipment manufacturers.
• Understanding of healthcare industry trends, reimbursement practices, legislation, and other critical issues affecting customers.
• Capacity to perform effectively under time constraints.
• Ability to maintain communication with various departments to ensure timely and precise recording of accounting events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High adaptability to manage change and uncertainty.
• Skill in identifying areas for development and learning new processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in planning, prioritizing, and organizing tasks based on business requirements.
