This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Recruit, nurture, rotate, and retain exceptional Sourcing talent.
• Facilitate career growth through mentoring and visible leadership.
• Build high-performing, cohesive sourcing teams.
• Oversee and mentor Group Sourcing Leads, Team Leads, and Large Account Leaders.
• Enhance Supply/Demand within the sourcing platform by networking, mentoring, and sharing candidates.
• Create succession plans for critical roles.
• Promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
• Formulate divisional sourcing strategies based on leadership goals, market intelligence, subject matter expertise, and client strategies.
• Execute and align client sourcing plans with organizational objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Americas’ Leadership across various business lines.
• Manage suppliers to ensure that performance expectations are achieved.
• Provide strategic vision for S&P business practices and innovation.
• Lead complex short-term and long-term sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interactions with sourcing teams across Category Management, Solutions Development, Sourcing Enablement, accounts, and clients to support sales initiatives.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare for client renewals effectively.
• Participate in client meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Identify risks and opportunities, recommending appropriate strategies.
• Manage and evaluate suppliers through performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing regulations and controls across verticals.
• Develop analytical methods to assess savings, supplier performance, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Communicate outcomes to the business.
• Adhere to JLL and client policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Over 15 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven experience in leading successful teams of leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix client organization.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• MBA is preferred.
