District Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Propel Services sales growth by fostering strategic collaborations between Service Providers and Home Services.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of Service Providers, which includes sourcing, onboarding, expansion, contraction, and termination.

• Analyze customer feedback and address Customer Care cases, escalations, and service-related issues.

• Execute Partnership Reviews and check-ins to evaluate performance, compliance, metrics, and improvement strategies.

• Identify, assess, onboard, train, and nurture Service Providers.

• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified providers, ensuring service coverage and optimal inventory levels.

• Coordinate provider events, promotional activities, and Home Shows.

• Perform job site and installation inspections.

• Lead monthly compliance evaluations and audit analyses.

• Assist stores with installation challenges and Service Provider escalations.

• Participate in field training sessions and weekly management meetings.

• Oversee calendars, strategic plans, and forecasts.

• Report to the Field Director of Services, managing no direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• A minimum of a high school diploma and/or GED is required.

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Familiarity or experience in retail store environments, the home improvement sector, or the general construction industry.

• Experience managing residential remodel projects.

• Proven project management abilities.

• Skill in negotiation, complaint resolution, dispute settlement, and addressing grievances with both internal and external clients.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a related field is preferred.
