This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.
• Oversee and guide a team of Field Service Engineers dedicated to customer services for Imaging Systems.
• Engage in the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans aimed at meeting annual revenue goals.
• Recruit, onboard, integrate, develop, and retain talent within the team.
• Cultivate a culture of integrity while creating a productive and customer-oriented team environment.
• Propel business and service strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
• Manage relationships with regional sales teams.
• Implement customer-centric solutions and ensure excellence in Net Promoter Score.
• Follow established escalation procedures.
• Develop and execute a regional business plan that aligns with overarching strategies and objectives.
• Enhance operational performance and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Business Operations to boost efficiency and manage performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Hold complete profit and loss responsibilities for the region.
• Create a business plan focused on growth and productivity.
• Assess risks and identify cross-functional growth opportunities.
• Implement strategic and tactical initiatives that balance revenue growth, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize customer retention, realization of service pricing, and improvement of contract capture rates.
• Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders across various functions including business line management, field sales, distribution, administrative roles, technical innovation, and support services.
• Work in office, home office, remote settings, and healthcare environments.
• Travel approximately 60% within the specified region, including occasional overnight, air, and train travel.
• 5+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience in service delivery, service operations, or a related domain.
• Background in diagnostic imaging or related healthcare technology is highly preferred.
• Experience in managing a profit and loss business.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.
• Skill in creating competitive strategies and plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, Architecture, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Outstanding leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, including presentation and group facilitation capabilities.
• Ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Willingness to travel for business and operate a company vehicle; must maintain licensure and comply with fleet policies.
• Approximately 60% travel within the specified geography.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
• Capability to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• Ability to lead and supervise others.
• Compliance with vendor credentialing requirements.
• US work authorization is required; candidates who need current or future sponsorship will not be considered.
• Must reside in or be within commuting distance to Minneapolis/St Paul, Minnesota, or Fargo, North Dakota.
