This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and guide a team of Field Service Engineers providing services for Imaging Systems customers.
• Engage in the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans aimed at meeting annual revenue goals.
• Recruit, onboard, integrate, develop, and retain skilled professionals.
• Cultivate a culture of integrity while effectively communicating the business strategy.
• Create a productive, customer-oriented team environment.
• Propel business and service strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
• Manage relationships with regional sales teams.
• Implement customer-centric solutions and ensure excellence in Net Promoter Score.
• Follow established escalation processes.
• Develop and execute the regional business plan in alignment with strategy and objectives.
• Drive operational performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Business Operations to enhance efficiency and monitor metrics.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Take ownership of regional financial outcomes, including full profit/loss responsibilities.
• Formulate a business plan focused on growth and productivity.
• Identify and manage risks while uncovering cross-functional growth opportunities.
• Prioritize and implement strategic and tactical initiatives that balance revenue growth, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Emphasize customer retention, realization of service prices, and contract capture rates.
• Work collaboratively with sales teams and internal stakeholders across business lines, field sales, administration, technical innovation, and support services.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct and/or indirect leadership experience in service delivery, service operations, or a related area.
• A strong preference for candidates with a background in diagnostic imaging or related healthcare technology.
• Proven experience in managing a profit/loss business.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that stimulate revenue growth.
• Proficient in creating competitive strategies and plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, Architecture, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Effective communication abilities, including presentation skills and group facilitation.
• Proficient in interacting effectively with customers.
• Willingness to travel for business and operate a company vehicle; must maintain a valid driver's license and comply with fleet policy.
• Ability to travel approximately 60% across the designated geography, including occasional overnight stays and air/train travel.
• Capability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment.
• Flexibility to work varying hours.
• Capacity to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• Ability to lead and supervise others.
• Compliance with vendor credentialing is required.
• US work authorization is mandatory; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered.
• Must reside in or be within commuting distance of Orange County, California.
