This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Foster strong relationships with designated Mazda dealerships and Mazda team members to enhance dealer service and parts operations.

• Create and assist in implementing action plans aimed at improving customer satisfaction, service retention, and dealer profitability.

• Conduct profitability analyses, reviews, and provide consultations with dealership management.

• Analyze reports, scores, trends, and customer feedback to pinpoint gaps and suggest best practices.

• Advise and collaborate with dealers to boost service traffic and increase wholesale parts and accessory sales.

• Aid in crafting and executing marketing strategies and dealer merchandising across digital, SEM, and social media platforms.

• Support and enact national and regional service and parts marketing plans and initiatives.

• Meet established parts sales targets.

• Prepare for weekly dealer visits by reviewing reports and results.

• Assist dealers in adhering to MNAO policies.

• Direct dealers to resources for resolving issues related to parts supply, customer experience, Mazda programs, vendors, and suppliers.

• Record regular dealer interactions in the Dealer Business Contact System.

• Perform other region-specific tasks as assigned by management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).

• A minimum of 4 years of experience, demonstrating a successful track record.

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales-related role; prior wholesale automotive experience is preferred; retail experience is a plus.

• Overall work experience of 4 years or more.

• A minimum of 3 years in a proven leadership position.

• A valid driver's license for the state of residence is required.

• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects at once.

• Strong business acumen in dealership operations.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Capacity to establish and maintain effective relationships with dealers, staff, and senior management.

• Proficient in computer applications, including spreadsheets and internet tools.

• Willingness to travel daily.

• A satisfactory driving record as determined by the company and a current, valid state driver's license are mandatory.
