This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the primary contact for Mazda dealers.
• Assist designated dealers in enhancing the Mazda customer experience, boosting revenue and profit, and improving service retention and repurchase loyalty in line with Mazda BVM principles.
• Foster strong relationships with dealer principals, general managers, service managers, parts managers, and fellow Mazda team members.
• Create and support the implementation of action plans to elevate customer experience, service retention, and dealer profitability.
• Conduct training sessions on service drive practices, Mazda Full Circle, customer arrivals and write-ups, service selling techniques, first service processes, next appointment scheduling, vehicle redelivery, work explanations, workshop capacity enhancements, and shop efficiency initiatives.
• Execute profitability analyses, evaluations, and consultations with dealership leadership.
• Analyze reports, scores, trends, and customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and recommend best practices, sustainability measures, and follow-up actions.
• Advise and collaborate with dealers to boost service traffic and wholesale parts and accessory sales.
• Support marketing communications and dealer merchandising across various digital platforms, including SEM and social media.
• Assist in the rollout of national and regional service and parts marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Meet assigned parts sales targets.
• Regularly review reports and results in preparation for weekly dealer engagements.
• Aid dealers in adhering to MNAO policies.
• Guide dealers to resources for addressing parts supply, customer experience, Mazda program, vendor, and supplier issues.
• Maintain timely and accurate dealer contact reports utilizing the Dealer Business Contact System.
• Carry out other region-specific tasks as directed by management.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong record of accomplishments.
• Over 2 years of experience in a sales-related role.
• Minimum 4 years of overall work experience.
• At least 3 years in a recognized leadership position.
• Valid Driver's License for the state of residency (mandatory).
• Capability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and business acumen.
• Proficient in effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with dealers, staff, and senior management.
• Proficient in computer applications, including spreadsheets and internet tools.
• Acceptable driving record as determined by the Company.
• Willingness and capacity for daily travel.
• Must reside in one of the designated remote-work states.
