District Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Address intricate customer concerns promptly and accurately, promoting a “first-time fix” approach.

• Guide and enhance team performance through coaching, mentoring, and well-defined development plans.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• Manage daily operations and monitor KPI performance.

• Analyze root causes of recurring issues and implement enduring solutions utilizing DBS tools.

• Propel revenue growth via service agreement sales and lead generation efforts.

• Collaborate with Sales on key strategic initiatives and service offerings.

• Oversee district P&L to achieve profit goals.

• Advocate for kaizen and DBS methodologies to optimize operations and improve service delivery.

• Work cross-functionally to create value-driven service packages.

• Report to the Senior Manager, North America Field Service.

• Serve the Pacific West region as part of the Americas Field Service organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience with 6+ years of experience managing field employees, OR a Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience, OR an Associate's degree with 8+ years of experience.

• Capability to listen to diverse stakeholders and derive actionable insights.

• Proven ability to achieve results while navigating changing priorities and unexpected challenges.

• Strong communication skills to convey performance expectations and ensure accountability.

• Excellent deductive reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in commercial settings, including direct selling of products or services.

• Familiarity with and responsibility for managing a P&L.

• Willingness to travel 25%–30% of the time within the region and/or business unit locations across the United States.

• Reside within the District region, ideally in San Francisco (Bay Area).

• Hold a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
