This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Oversee the district sales representative team and meet the sales objectives within the allocated budget.
• Source, recruit, develop, assess, and retain district distribution staff.
• Contribute to sales strategy and planning discussions with the Regional Business Director.
• Establish fiscal and quarterly sales targets and objectives for each territory.
• Execute district sales training and sales support training initiatives.
• Guide and provide constructive feedback to Therapy Consultants during sales calls and presentations.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key account representatives to enhance sales, service, and clinical programs.
• Conduct performance assessments and salary reviews for field personnel.
• Ensure that new employees receive proper orientation and training.
• Maintain sales data and territory records to analyze market trends and share competitive insights.
• Clarify business and marketing policies and programs to Therapy Consultants.
• Manage and monitor district selling expenses.
• Offer insight on sales strategies, promotions, staffing requirements, new product indications, and product acceptance.
• Adhere to applicable quality policies and work procedures to ensure compliance with the quality system.
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience; or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
• Proficient in reviewing and analyzing financial data, creating business plans, and applying business consulting skills.
• Experience in cultivating and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Proven ability to engage in creating an inclusive environment and promoting a diverse workforce.
• Skilled in recognizing, attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining top talent.
• Proven experience in leading, communicating, and achieving results that meet or exceed expectations.
• Knowledgeable in forecasting and developing and executing district business plans.
• Experienced in leveraging relationships with internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with economic buyers and managed care.
• Capable of motivating and serving as a role model for sales representatives.
• Experienced in developing and maintaining a team environment and sales strategies.
• Background in marketing program implementation and/or development.
• Experience in negotiating contracts.
• Demonstrated understanding of the InterStim business landscape.
• Proven track record in building a team environment and formulating effective sales strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of the reimbursement climate, managed care, physiology/clinical therapies, and/or implantable devices.
