This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee commercial operations within field teams to boost sales in a designated region
• Develop, execute, communicate, and track the District Sales Plan
• Organize field activities to meet objectives and established targets
• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance overall financial outcomes
• Ensure effective collaboration for daily operations and long-term business strategies
• Establish the tone and momentum for business processes and organization
• Share market insights and franchise/business viewpoints while leading teams
• Attain proficiency in product knowledge, disease-state, and managed-care information
• Coach, mentor, educate, and develop both direct and indirect team members
• Hold direct reports responsible for expected behaviors and performance
• Provide guidance and insights to key internal stakeholders during business planning

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred, or relevant equivalent industry experience required
• At least four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management; external management experience may be considered
• Proficient in business analysis and planning skills that enhance sales performance
• Demonstrated leadership experience as a District Manager
• Maintain good standing with safety and compliance standards
• Currently achieving performance expectations

• Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to communicate the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas
• Proven track record of providing honest, effective feedback and managing performance efficiently

• Ability to foster a culture of success and complete team involvement
• Must meet applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements and maintain good standing or be eligible to obtain them
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving regulations
