This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Oversee commercial activities within field teams to enhance sales in the designated region.
• Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Plan while tracking its progress.
• Organize in-field activities to meet results and established targets.
• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to drive both top-line and bottom-line outcomes.
• Ensure effective collaboration in the execution of daily and long-term business operations.
• Establish the tone and pace for business processes and organizational structure.
• Present market and franchise/business insights when leading teams.
• Attain proficiency in product, disease-state, and managed-care knowledge.
• Coach, mentor, educate, and develop both direct and indirect team members.
• Hold direct reports accountable for their conduct and performance expectations.
• Offer direction and insights to internal partners during business planning.

• A Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
• At least four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management.
• Proficient in business analysis and planning skills that enhance sales performance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience as a District Manager.
• Compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Currently achieving performance expectations.
• Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to explain the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas effectively.
• Proven ability to provide honest, effective feedback and manage performance adeptly.
• Skilled at developing talent for promotional opportunities.
• Capable of fostering a culture of success and full team engagement.
• Must fulfill applicable credentialing requirements for health care industry representatives.
• Must be in good standing and/or eligible to acquire necessary credentials.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
