This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
• Oversee commercial operations within in-field teams to boost sales in a designated territory.
• Develop, execute, and share the District Sales Plan while tracking its progress.
• Organize in-field initiatives to meet objectives and established targets.
• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance both top-line and bottom-line performance.
• Ensure effective and collaborative execution of daily and long-term business operations.
• Establish the rhythm and framework for business processes and organization.
• Provide market and franchise/business insights while leading teams.
• Attain a deep understanding of product, disease-state, and managed-care information.
• Lead in-field meetings as a champion.
• Mentor, coach, educate, and develop both direct and indirect team members.
• Hold direct reports accountable for their behaviors and expected outcomes.
• Offer guidance and insights to key internal stakeholders during business planning.
• Consistently represent AbbVie's Ways of Working.
• A Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
• At least four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management; external management experience may be considered.
• Strong business analysis and planning skills that enhance sales performance.
• Must adhere to safety and compliance standards.

• Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, immunization/vaccination verification, fingerprinting, and specific state or city licensing requirements as needed.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving criteria.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
