📋 Description

• Oversee commercial operations within field teams to enhance sales in the designated area.

• Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Plan effectively.

• Track progress towards sales objectives.

• Organize in-field activities to meet established targets.

• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to boost both top- and bottom-line outcomes.

• Ensure seamless collaboration for daily operations and long-term business success.

• Establish the tone and momentum for business processes and organizational structure.

• Provide market insights and franchise/business perspectives while leading teams.

• Facilitate in-field meetings by demonstrating expertise in product knowledge, disease states, and managed care information.

• Mentor, coach, educate, and develop both direct and indirect team members.

• Hold direct reports accountable for expected behaviors and performance standards.

• Offer guidance and insights to internal partners during the business planning process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred; relevant industry experience is essential.

• At least four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management; external management experience may be considered.

• Proficient in business analysis and planning skills that enhance sales performance.

• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Currently achieving performance expectations.

• Capable of articulating scientific details of treatments and therapeutic areas.

• Demonstrate excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Provide clear, constructive feedback and manage performance effectively.

• Ability to nurture talent for promotional opportunities.

• Foster a culture of success and full team engagement.

• Comply with all relevant healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements.

• Maintain eligibility for required HCIR credentials.

• Possess a valid driver's license.

• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

• Meet safe driving qualifications.
