This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Build and sustain a diverse, high-performing store management team through ongoing selection, development, and motivation.
• Offer coaching, mentoring, and overall guidance to achieve district and regional objectives.
• Clearly communicate business and financial goals.
• Assess district performance and provide constructive feedback to the regional director.
• Formulate a district sales strategy that guarantees profitable growth.
• Guide store teams to achieve sales and payroll targets through effective execution.
• Promote a selling culture across the district and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Convey the vision and ensure consistent implementation of brand visual standards.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to ensure compliance with policies and procedures while identifying trends that support shrink goals.
• Encourage open communication and drive performance management along with associate development.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years of multi-unit retail experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Must possess the ability to create competitive and innovative strategies and plans.
• Proven success in selecting high-performing talent and developing effective development plans.
• Skilled in presenting information articulately and effectively, and responding to inquiries from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
• Capable of understanding and interpreting moderately complex financial reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to additional internal applications.
• Competent in facilitating and presenting programs, processes, and concepts to groups of managers.
• Possesses a broad knowledge of the retail landscape and can accurately identify trends.
• Must have the ability to inspire and motivate entire teams or organizations.
• Must be willing and able to travel.
• Must reside within or close to their assigned market area.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the market as needed for business operations.
