This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive aftersales performance within a specified region.
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to implement GM Customer Care & Aftersales strategies.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Propel district performance in Revenue, Customer Retention, and Customer Experience.
• Advise dealer leadership and cultivate strategic partnerships.
• Execute CCA programs and initiatives to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee standardized dealer contact processes.
• Evaluate dealership marketing and merchandising strategies, recommending improvements to boost service lane traffic.
• Develop and implement annual Business Plans.
• Assess dealership performance, identify trends, and initiate focused operational and customer satisfaction enhancements.
• Manage priorities and make independent decisions that drive business results.
• Address aftersales customer issues related to SPAC, CAC, TAC, Goodwill, Warranty, and Policy Requests.
• Monitor KPIs such as SRT objectives, NPS, Customer Retention, STS compliance, and EV Training & Compliance.
• Report directly to the Zone Manager for Parts and Service.
• Travel regularly to dealerships within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales, Service, or Operations with a successful track record in driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and business acumen, particularly in service operations, warranty processes, and customer experience management is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to various locations within your territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
• Must currently live within the territory or be prepared to relocate to Houston, TX, or an adjacent area approved by leadership within 60 days of the start date.
• Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review.
