This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
β’ Drive aftersales performance within a specified region.
β’ Collaborate with dealership leadership to implement GM Customer Care & Aftersales initiatives.
β’ Enhance customer satisfaction while increasing revenue.
β’ Propel district performance in revenue generation, customer retention, and overall customer experience.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to dealer leadership.
β’ Implement CCA programs and initiatives to meet established KPIs.
β’ Lead standardized processes for dealer contact.
β’ Evaluate dealership marketing and merchandising strategies, providing recommendations to boost service lane traffic.
β’ Formulate and execute annual Business Plans driven by data insights.
β’ Assess dealership performance, identify trends, and initiate targeted improvements in operations and customer satisfaction.
β’ Manage priorities and make independent decisions to drive favorable business outcomes.
β’ Address aftersales customer issues related to SPAC, CAC, TAC, goodwill, warranty, and policy requests.
β’ Monitor and achieve KPIs, including SRT objectives, NPS, customer retention, STS compliance, and EV training and compliance.
β’ Leverage expertise in service and parts operations, dealer operating reports, fixed-operations analysis tools, profit department structures, and consultative selling techniques.
β’ Report directly to the Zone Manager for Parts and Service.
β’ Travel frequently to dealerships within the assigned territory.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree or comparable professional experience.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Sales, Service, or Operations with a demonstrated history of driving revenue growth.
β’ Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and business acumen, particularly in service operations, warranty processes, and customer experience management is highly preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% to various locations within the territory.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
β’ Must currently reside in the territory or be willing to relocate to Las Vegas/Henderson, Nevada, or an approved surrounding area within 60 days of the start date.
β’ Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review.
β’ Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
