This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Oversee commercial operations within field teams to boost sales in a designated area.
• Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Strategy.
• Track progress towards sales goals.
• Organize field activities to meet established targets.
• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance overall results.
• Ensure seamless collaboration in executing daily and long-term business tasks.
• Set the standard and pace for business processes and organization.
• Present market and franchise/business insights while leading teams.
• Lead in-field meetings utilizing comprehensive knowledge of products, disease states, and managed care information.
• Mentor, coach, train, and develop both direct and indirect team members.

• Offer guidance and insights to internal partners during the business planning process.

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• Business analysis and planning capabilities that enhance sales performance.

• Proficient in explaining the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas.
• Demonstrated ability to provide honest, effective feedback and manage performance efficiently.

• Must meet all relevant health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain access to designated facilities and organizations.

• Capable of driving a personal vehicle, company car, truck, or powered material handling equipment.
