This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee commercial activities within field teams to meet sales targets in a designated region.
• Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Plan.
• Track progress relative to the District Sales Plan.
• Leverage market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance both top- and bottom-line outcomes.
• Facilitate smooth and collaborative daily operations and long-term business execution.
• Establish the tone and pace for business processes and organizational structure.
• Provide market and franchise/business insights while leading teams.
• Act as a champion for in-field meetings.
• Attain expertise in product knowledge, disease-state, and managed-care market data.
• Coach, mentor, educate, and cultivate the growth of both direct and indirect team members.
• Hold direct reports accountable for expected behaviors and performance standards.
• Offer guidance and insights to key internal stakeholders during business planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related discipline preferred, or relevant equivalent industry experience required.
• Business analysis and planning capabilities that enhance sales performance.

• Capacity to articulate the scientific details of treatments and therapeutic areas.
• Demonstrated ability to provide straightforward, effective feedback and manage performance efficiently.

• Must fulfill applicable background check, drug screening, immunization/vaccination, fingerprinting, and specific licensing criteria.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Must be able to operate a personal vehicle, company car or truck, or powered material handling equipment.
