This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Build, nurture, and guide a team of consultants, ensuring alignment with objectives, clarity of priorities, and excellence in executing territory strategies.
• Enhance the team’s capabilities in scientific knowledge, the patient journey, the promotional process, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration through structured coaching and continuous feedback.
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, and succession planning processes.
• Drive the execution of franchise strategies, ensuring operational excellence and team preparedness.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with dermatologists, allergists, centers of excellence, public and private institutions, medical societies, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage the oversight of the medical panel and district performance metrics, tracking strategic KPIs and implementing actions for sustainable growth.
• Develop territory plans and spearhead their implementation, ensuring adequate coverage, segmentation, and measurable impact.
• Administer the team budget with financial discipline and adherence to corporate policies.
• Convert market data, customer insights, and performance metrics into actionable strategies, identifying opportunities and mitigating potential risks.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio, scientific evidence, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Provide analyses and insights at business forums and disseminate best practices.
• Adhere to corporate policies and guidelines, ensuring ethics, integrity, and compliance.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in Immunology, Dermatology, Biologics, or high-cost/high-specialty markets.
• Proven track record in leading and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of territory management, strategic planning, market analysis, and generating insights for informed decision-making.
• Experience managing a district budget with a focus on efficiency.
• Familiarity with orchestrating the access ecosystem and patient journey.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel.
• The role will encompass all states in Southern Brazil.
