District Manager I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand designated independent dealer accounts by formulating and implementing sales strategies.

• Act as the main field representative for the Electrolux, Frigidaire, and Vintec brands.

• Ensure high brand visibility and effective execution at retail outlets.

• Provide product training and sales support programs for retail sales associates.

• Collaborate with Key District Managers on regional marketing strategies and key account initiatives.

• Work alongside merchandising teams on promotional activities.

• Enhance point-of-sale performance, product availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Track and manage open orders, inventory issues, and fulfillment challenges.

• Prepare and present business reviews, sales presentations, and strategic recommendations.

• Engage cross-functionally with both internal and dealer stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.

• A minimum of 3 years in sales, account management, retail operations, or a related customer-facing role.

• Proven ability to cultivate relationships, influence stakeholders, and achieve results in a retail or sales setting.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Southern California and spend considerable time in the field supporting customers.
