District Manager – Genitourinary, Pacific Northwest

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of field-based Oncology Sales Specialists.

• Assist the team in strategizing and implementing territory business plans for Oncology and Urology products.

• Exhibit business acumen and clinical knowledge while formulating strategic initiatives.

• Support the team in achieving sales objectives within a designated budget.

• Foster a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team environment.

• Cultivate individual talents and oversee performance management.

• Engage with internal and external customers effectively.

• Shape business practices to ensure appropriate patient access.

• Operate in the field with minimal oversight.

• Adapt swiftly to changes in the business landscape.

• Adhere to pharmaceutical/biotech regulatory and promotional standards.

• Report directly to a Region Business Director.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

• At least eight (8) years of pertinent work experience.

• A minimum of five (5) years of sales or cross-functional experience in key commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors.

• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others toward success.

• A valid driver's license from one of the fifty (50) United States is necessary.

• Willingness to travel as required, up to 40%, which may include overnight or weekend travel.

• Previous people management experience or completion of a Management Development Program is preferred.

• Proficiency in high-level planning, organizing, and business strategy development.

• Experience in Oncology, hospital and/or large account sales, and navigating complex reimbursement challenges.

• Demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI.

• Experience in enhancing team AI literacy and confidence while promoting responsible and judicious AI use.
