This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee commercial activities within field teams to enhance sales in the designated area.

• Develop, execute, and convey the District Sales Plan while tracking its progress.

• Organize field operations to meet targets and achieve desired outcomes.

• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to boost both top-line and bottom-line performance.

• Ensure effective and collaborative execution of daily and long-term business operations.

• Establish the pace and direction for business processes and organization.

• Provide market insights and franchise/business perspectives during team leadership and field meetings.

• Attain in-depth knowledge of product, disease states, and managed-care information.

• Mentor, coach, educate, and nurture both direct and indirect team members.

• Hold direct reports accountable for their behaviors and performance expectations.

• Offer guidance and insights to key internal stakeholders during business planning initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a related business field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.

• At least four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management; external management experience may be considered.

• Strong business analysis and planning capabilities that enhance sales performance.

• Demonstrated leadership experience as a District Manager.

• Compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Currently meeting performance benchmarks.

• Ability to clearly communicate the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas.

• Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Proficient in delivering honest, constructive feedback and managing performance effectively.

• Capacity to develop talent for promotional advancements.

• Ability to foster a winning culture and engage the entire team.

• Must meet applicable healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements and maintain good standing or be eligible to obtain them.

• Must operate a personal vehicle, company car, truck, or powered material-handling equipment.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
