This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Supervise a designated Towne Park district, focusing on financial performance, guest satisfaction, client satisfaction, and business development outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Operations/Regional Director to integrate corporate initiatives and company culture into district operations.
• Maintain an understanding of operational requirements and business reporting protocols.
• Ensure the district adheres to company policies, procedures, reporting standards, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.
• Lead and assess Account Managers and district support personnel.
• Delegate responsibilities and provide training to managers in contract-site operations.
• Propel business metrics and performance indicators.
• Evaluate work processes for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct weekly district staff meetings and additional meetings as necessary.
• Guarantee precise forecasting and monthly reporting to corporate accounting.
• Mentor managers to enhance site performance and align with client and company expectations.
• Work together with Sales to identify, pursue, and secure new business development opportunities.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling progress at district locations.
• Analyze labor trends and staffing levels in collaboration with the Manager of Talent Operations.
• Partner with the Talent Team on recruitment initiatives.
• Engage in recruiting and developing management talent for growth and succession planning.
• Develop, manage, and oversee departmental budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience and/or training; OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Understanding of general business practices, including accounting, human resources, and client relations.
• Capacity to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while performing under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in computer skills and technical knowledge.
• Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and various technology applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to exercise significant judgment and discretion.
• Ability to represent the company effectively, appreciating and understanding diverse cultures.
• Competence in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications.
• Ability to draft professional internal and external business correspondence.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must be located in the Palm Springs or San Diego area.
