This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee the sales, operations, and staff development of Full Price Retail stores to maximize profitability, ensure adherence to company policies, and uphold exceptional customer service standards.
• Cultivate store management teams within the district to provide remarkable customer experiences.
• Operate with integrity, honesty, fairness, and expertise while promoting Coach's culture, values, and vision.
• Strategically plan, identify, communicate, and delegate essential responsibilities and practices to store management teams.
• Analyze store environments and key business metrics to detect problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Offer coaching to store management teams to help them meet operational objectives.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service in the regional stores.
• Collaborate with Multi-Managers and Store Managers to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Conduct interviews, screen candidates, hire, coach, and counsel Multi-Managers, Store Managers, and Associate Managers as needed.
• Assign duties and responsibilities to enhance the efficiency of store operations.
• Maintain consistency in management practices, operational procedures, and customer service across all stores.
• Implement Coach training programs, conduct regular staff meetings, and initiate on-the-job training.
• Supervise and train the management team to develop their managerial abilities.
• Oversee merchandise presentation to optimize sales and turnover of merchandise.
• Partner with store management and retail merchandising, planning, and allocation teams.
• Stay informed about the product range and educate staff on competitors' offerings.
• Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
• Relay product improvement suggestions and feedback to the corporate office.
• Responsible for overseeing stores located in Detroit, Ohio, Indiana, and Pittsburgh.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in an upscale retail environment.
• 2-4 years of experience as a multi-store manager; previous management experience with Coach as a multi-store manager is preferred.
• Capability to effectively communicate critical issues pertaining to the Market to Coach Senior Management and collaborate on solutions.
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to evaluate issues and develop actionable steps for resolution.
• Proven capacity to think broadly, considering all perspectives on issues and reaching logical conclusions that best serve Coach as a whole.
