This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of district-level KPIs, including revenue, occupancy, NOI, and guest satisfaction for a portfolio of 6–10 RV parks.
• Propel Property Managers to achieve budget and performance objectives at each location.
• Assess individual park performance, identify early signs of underperformance, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee revenue and expenses, including revenue collection, reconciliation, and financial reporting across the district.
• Uphold brand, operational, security, safety, and compliance standards through regular site inspections and audits.
• Supervise property maintenance, cleanliness, and address capital improvement requirements.
• Act as a liaison between park-level operations and marketing, finance, CapEx/facilities, HR, and IT.
• Establish operational rhythms with Property Managers through regular check-ins, reporting schedules, and review cycles.
• Ensure budget processes, marketing initiatives, and company projects are executed in a timely manner.
• Guide Property Managers and their teams; assist with hiring, training, and succession planning.
• Promote accountability and continuous enhancement throughout the district.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and manage escalated guest issues effectively.
• Leverage guest feedback to drive operational enhancements.
• Provide leadership with consistent updates on district performance, risks, and initiatives.
• Communicate company objectives and standards to park-level teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector, ideally in RV park management.
• Demonstrated success in achieving financial and performance goals across multiple locations.
• Experience in budget management, financial report analysis, and revenue growth strategies.
• Comfortable working across various functions—coordinating with marketing, finance, and HR to align park operations with company objectives.
• Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership presence—sets high expectations, holds teams accountable, and remains composed under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, demonstrating sound judgment in fast-paced, high-conflict, or uncertain situations.
• Ability to enforce and uphold brand standards to ensure consistency and safeguard the company’s reputation.
• Capable of being highly active during property visits, including walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% by car and airplane, and provide 24/7 support to teams as needed.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
