This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Develop, articulate, and execute the market vision along with both short-term and long-term sales and operations strategies.

• Increase market share and enhance brand visibility.

• Track monthly performance against sales and operational plans and make adjustments as necessary.

• Analyze competitors and provide recommendations regarding pricing, services, and product offerings.

• Identify and cultivate new business relationships within field sales.

• Oversee district profit and loss, manage expenditures, optimize profits, and minimize losses.

• Conduct monthly financial assessments with store leaders.

• Lead and inspire teams, particularly a predominantly mobile workforce.

• Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee retention and enhances customer experience.

• Collaborate with national leaders to standardize best practices and execute the regional playbook.

• Drive change management initiatives and ensure field adoption.

• Ensure the completion of the annual Talent Review Process and provide coaching to underperforming team members.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.

• A valid state-issued driver’s license is necessary.

• A minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in operations and sales settings.

• Strong expertise in sales, marketing, and operational techniques.

• Capability to lead, coach, and achieve results through indirect influence.

• Ability to develop associates to meet their individual and career objectives while aligning with organizational KPIs.

• Professional appearance is essential.

• Must wear personal protective equipment as required.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Experience in the auto aftermarket is preferred.
