This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop store leaders to drive a long-term market strategy.

• Achieve consistent profit and sales targets.

• Supervise all field sales and operational activities within the district.

• Cultivate relationships with associates, customers, and insurance agents.

• Formulate, communicate, and execute both short- and long-term sales and operational plans.

• Enhance market share and boost brand recognition.

• Track monthly performance and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Analyze competition and suggest pricing, services, and product offerings.

• Identify and foster new business relationships within field sales.

• Manage district P&L, oversee expenses, optimize profits, and minimize losses.

• Conduct monthly financial assessments with store leaders.

• Inspire and lead a predominantly mobile workforce.

• Promote retention and ensure a strong customer experience.

• Standardize best practices and execute the regional playbook.

• Propel change management and adoption in the field.

• Guarantee the completion of the annual Talent Review Process.

• Mentor underperforming associates.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is mandatory.

• A valid state-issued driver's license is required.

• Over 6 years of leadership experience in an operations and sales setting.

• Extensive knowledge of sales, marketing, and operational techniques.

• Ability to lead, coach, and drive results indirectly through others.

• Capability to develop associates to achieve individual/career goals alongside organizational KPIs.

• Professional appearance and adherence to personal protective equipment standards.

• Must be willing to travel up to 50%.

• Experience in the auto aftermarket is preferred.
