This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead store teams to achieve consistent business outcomes while ensuring accountability for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate across various departments and functions to align district performance with company objectives, employing clear communication to inspire action and understanding.
• Cultivate robust talent pipelines through coaching, mentoring, and implementing succession planning to guarantee leadership continuity.
• Analyze district performance utilizing data tools such as PowerBi to pinpoint challenges and execute action plans for underperforming locations.
• Navigate operational complexities by prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and upholding brand and operational standards.
• Foster and support an inclusive workplace culture where diverse teams feel valued, empowered, and motivated.
• Communicate effectively across all levels, customizing messages to influence, engage, and drive alignment.
• Travel frequently to stores within the assigned area.
• Over 5 years of District Management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing store managers, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring consistent adherence to company standards across multiple locations.
• Effective communicator with the capability to inspire teams and promote collaboration across various functions.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities; adept at managing complexities with confidence.
• Proficient in retail technologies, reporting tools, and productivity systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
• Experience in specialty retail or the apparel industry (preferred).
• Proven success in revitalizing underperforming stores (preferred).
• Familiarity with omnichannel retail and digital engagement strategies (preferred).
• Well-connected in the retail industry with a successful track record in external recruiting (preferred).
• Must reside in Raleigh, NC or the surrounding area.
• Willingness to travel frequently to stores within the assigned area.
