District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational processes and procedures for a network of restaurants.

• Act as a liaison between sports bars and the support center.

• Communicate initiatives, programs, and essential focus areas.

• Concentrate on daily sales, marketing strategies, and operations.

• Manage costs related to goods sold, labor, and guest relations.

• Direct the overall business strategy into everyday execution.

• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to management teams.

• Mentor and assist management teams in recruiting, development, performance management, and retention.

• Support the training and development of management team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations.

• General understanding of Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Finance, and Development.

• Capability to manage and direct the work of others.

• Ability to advocate for change.

• Strong passion for training and developing your team.

• The ideal candidate will reside in or near Fort Worth, Texas.
