District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell Dyson products within the designated area in alignment with the company’s objectives.

• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and establish targets aimed at boosting Dyson's sales across the region and among individual distributors.

• Explore new business avenues and enhance the distribution of Dyson products in the area.

• Oversee relationships with distributors, sales operations managers, product specialists, and store managers.

• Supervise stores within the channel, ensuring adherence to display standards, management of sample machines, GWP, and inventory control.

• Train and manage all staff within the region.

• Review and authorize annual contracts and rebate agreements with distributors.

• Achieve monthly and annual sell-in objectives while complying with company standards.

• Handle tasks related to expenses, including purchase orders, expense prepayments, and confirmation of rebates.

• Manage distributor profitability and risk, encompassing changes in trading terms, profit and loss forecasting, as well as capital and operational risks.

• Develop strategies for distribution points and market growth, which include city expansion, establishment of distribution points, store development, relocation, and closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher; degrees in business are preferred.

• 5-8 years of experience in retail sales management, particularly in department stores, electrical appliance sectors, supermarkets, or beauty channels.

• Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding the sales team, providing training and motivation to members, and enhancing overall team performance.

• High resilience to stress.

• Exceptional communication and coordination skills.

• Outstanding customer service orientation.

• Proficient in office software applications.

• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.

• Basic proficiency in English reading and writing.
