District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage multiple sites within the assigned district.

• Ensure each location is staffed with skilled and well-trained personnel who provide outstanding customer service.

• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in service quality and operational efficiency.

• Conduct regular inspections of location operations to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

• Create and execute marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and enhance revenue growth.

• Offer leadership and mentorship to location managers and staff, fostering a positive workplace and encouraging employee growth.

• Monitor and assess financial performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and devise strategies to boost profitability.

• Ensure compliance of all locations with local, state, and federal industry regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in a district management or multi-unit management position within the industry or a related automotive sector.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and operational goals.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Proficient in analyzing financial data and creating action plans for performance improvement.

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations applicable to the industry.

• Willingness to travel within the district and occasionally outside of it as required.
