District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage multiple locations within the assigned district.

• Ensure each location is staffed with skilled and well-trained employees who provide outstanding customer service.

• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures to maintain uniformity in service quality and operational effectiveness.

• Conduct regular audits of operations at each location to guarantee compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

• Create and execute marketing strategies aimed at boosting customer traffic and enhancing revenue growth.

• Offer leadership and mentorship to location managers and staff to cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere and encourage employee development.

• Monitor and evaluate financial performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and devise plans to enhance profitability.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations that govern the industry across all locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in district management or multi-unit management within the industry or a related automotive sector.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and achieving operational goals.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to analyze financial data and formulate action plans for performance enhancement.

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing the industry.

• Willingness to travel within the district and occasionally beyond as required.
