District Manager – 12 month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee district operations by managing field teams, directing patient support initiatives, ensuring adherence to protocols, and achieving service delivery and quality objectives.

• Enhance team performance through coaching, providing feedback, developing individual plans for growth, addressing performance gaps, and making hiring and termination decisions.

• Propel business outcomes by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), executing improvements, addressing operational challenges, recognizing market trends, and achieving enrollment, retention, and satisfaction targets.

• Cultivate client partnerships through conducting business reviews, presenting program outcomes, resolving escalations, and initiating strategic expansion efforts.

• Manage district resources by overseeing budgets, controlling expenditures, forecasting financial requirements, making staffing choices, and optimizing personnel distribution across regions.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including privacy regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and pharmaceutical industry guidelines.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with clinical operations, reimbursement services, training, and quality assurance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, public health, health administration, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare operations and services, patient services, case management, field operations, pharmaceutical services, or a related field is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in a management role is required.

• A master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Clinical licensure in good standing is preferred.

• Certification as a Case Manager (CCM), Accredited Case Manager (ACM), or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Certification in project or program management, process improvement, privacy, compliance, or pharmaceutical operations is preferred.
