This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Emphasize in-role coaching and development of Therapeutic Area Specialists (TASes)
• Guide TASes on scientific agility, customer/commercial perspective, adaptability to change, collaboration, and a holistic enterprise mindset
• Participate in select ride-alongs with TASes for key healthcare professionals as per coaching strategies
• Take ownership of TASes’ educational journey, ensuring ongoing enhancement of essential skills and behaviors
• Advocate for the adoption of new capabilities, including CE^3 analytics and personalized content
• Disseminate knowledge, insights, information, and experiences across the TAS team
• Mentor TASes in utilizing CE^3 insights for effective call planning and preparation
• Gather the field team to share experiences, collect feedback, offer change-leadership coaching, and promote the adoption of innovative working methods
• Manage promotional program planning and budget preparation
• Leverage insights to prioritize accounts and formulate strategies for key accounts
• Guarantee ongoing improvement in customer experience
• Oversee financial and program planning for the district
• Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields
• Previous experience as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales or comparable experience in leading high-performing teams is highly preferred
• Strong preference for pharmaceutical experience, including familiarity with reimbursement processes, access, and distribution environments
• Demonstrated history of motivating and leading teams to achieve or surpass expectations and objectives
• Proven success in selecting, developing, and retaining high-caliber individuals
• Proficient in utilizing analytical skills and sales techniques
• Robust business acumen and understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license in good standing issued by the state of residence
• Driving risk level must be acceptable to the Company
• In-depth knowledge of the therapeutic area
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for conveying scientific and clinical data
• Strong learning orientation and enthusiasm for science; capability of staying updated with the latest data
• Ability to leverage data insights for engagement and strategic planning
• Proficient in utilizing digital tools
• Capability to lead within a matrix organization
• Competence in understanding, analyzing, developing, executing, and adjusting business plans
