This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Cultivate long-lasting professional relationships with dealer partners within the designated district.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to enhance Aftersales performance and act as a brand ambassador in the district.
• Boost profitability in parts, accessories, and service sectors.
• Enhance customer experience, brand recognition, and loyalty.
• Support dealer partners in managing efficient and strategic Aftersales operations.
• Execute Momentum 2030, the long-term business strategy of Mitsubishi Motors.
• Partner with 13 dealers located in South Florida.
• Maintain regular communication and conduct visits with dealer partners, including dealership owners and principals.
• Identify opportunities for revenue generation and create plans for operational improvements.
• Present programs, policies, procedures, objectives, and related opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements, systems, and reports to propose operational enhancements.
• Assist in operational troubleshooting and address issues with external vendors and internal teams.
• Offer on-demand training and insights on data analysis, video multi-point inspections, modern tools, service excellence, parts sales, inventory management, and warranty administration.
• Propel profitability, customer-pay business, CSI scores, customer retention and loyalty, marketing efficiency, and parts/accessory sales.
• Engage with Parts Distribution, Customer Relations, Warranty, Product Quality, Legal, and other departments.
• Explore district opportunities, including wholesale and collision services.
• Counsel Dealer Development on Aftersales strategies for new dealers.
• Conduct joint dealer visits alongside the District Sales Manager.
• Provide guidance to Regional Management and Dealer Development regarding policies, procedures, and Dealer Agreement matters.
• Over 5 years of professional exempt-level experience in automotive retail or wholesale.
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales roles such as Service Representative or Service/Parts Manager.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, customer experience, service-driven sales, retention, and loyalty.
• In-depth knowledge of dealership Aftersales operations and systems, including profit, loyalty, and retention factors.
• Capability to analyze and utilize data to formulate and execute operational strategies.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from customers to MMNA leadership.
• Familiarity with vehicle technology, vehicle systems, maintenance, and the functionality of parts and accessories.
• Must hold a valid, unconditional driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish.
• Preferred experience in automotive retail sales on the Sales Operations/new car sales side.
• Preferred background in automotive OEM corporate departments as a differentiator.
• ASE certification in four or more areas is considered a differentiator.
