This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Propel sales growth and expand the market for Digital Surgery solutions within the designated territory.
• Create and implement strategic account plans to enhance the uptake of robotic-assisted surgery technologies.
• Recognize, prioritize, and engage target surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare systems using structured conversion strategies.
• Meet or surpass assigned sales, utilization, and market development objectives.
• Cultivate a sustainable opportunity pipeline and maintain precise forecasting.
• Build relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospital administrators, theatre managers, and clinical teams.
• Facilitate surgeon conversions through evidence-based discussions, clinical value propositions, and workflow enhancements.
• Assist with surgeon onboarding and adoption initiatives.
• Provide in-theatre assistance during robotic-assisted procedures and technology-enabled surgeries.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and educational sessions.
• Ensure customers are adequately trained and confident in utilizing Digital Surgery technologies.
• Formulate territory business plans that align with regional and national objectives.
• Track competitive activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Drive capital equipment opportunities through stakeholder engagement and value-driven selling.
• Aid in contract negotiations, business reviews, and technology utilization evaluations.
• Collaborate with Joint Reconstruction Sales, Marketing, Clinical Education, Professional Education, Service, and hospital stakeholders.
• Assist in product launches, customer education efforts, and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to the sharing of best practices and ongoing improvement efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in medical device, healthcare technology, orthopaedics, or capital equipment sales.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced and highly technical setting.
• Strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience in Orthopaedics, Joint Reconstruction, Surgical Navigation, Robotics, Digital Health, or Operating Theatre environments.
• Preferred: Background in supporting surgeons during surgical procedures.
• Preferred: Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgery technologies and healthcare digital transformation.
• Preferred: Experience influencing multiple stakeholders in complex hospital sales environments.
