This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Transform established EMEA channel priorities into actionable operating processes, governance routines, partner management tools, and execution plans at the market level.
• Oversee operational governance for the identification, evaluation, scoring, onboarding, and approval readiness of distributors across both direct and indirect markets.
• Create and maintain playbooks, onboarding checklists, templates, governance calendars, and digital tools to ensure consistent partner management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and country teams to eliminate execution obstacles and facilitate distributor activation.
• Monitor channel performance, distributor capabilities, contract compliance, trade compliance metrics, action items, and improvement plans through KPI visibility.
• Manage issue tracking, escalation paths, compliance transitions, training requirements, system access, and service-level expectations.
• Deliver commercially informed analysis and suggestions for the evolution of the distributor portfolio, including expansion, consolidation, replacement, or exit strategies.
• Report to the Director of Market Development and Business Integration EMEA, supporting strategic decision-making with analysis and recommendations.
• Willingness to travel between 25 to 50%.
• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• A graduate degree may be preferred, accompanied by 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong capabilities in channel management, distributor governance, commercial operations, or partner management within a regional or multi-market setting.
• Competence in translating strategic priorities into operational processes, implementation tools, governance routines, and quantifiable execution plans.
• Confidence in working across matrixed teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority across Commercial, Finance, Legal, Analytics, Market Access, Marketing, and country teams.
• Ability to navigate complexities within diverse EMEA channel models.
• Familiarity with relevant KPIs and the skill to interpret and derive meaningful insights.
• Proficient in communicating insights derived from KPIs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgment.
• Experience in medical technology, healthcare, pharmacy, retail, distributor, or indirect-market environments is a plus.
