This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review, authorize, and conduct quality assurance on transactions performed by Level I analysts.

• Provide training to Level I analysts.

• Serve as the second-in-command to the Distributions Team Lead during their absence.

• Accurately process various distribution types, including loans and excess contribution transactions.

• Conduct quality reviews of all completed transactions.

• Review and prepare manual investment transactions for prompt disbursement.

• Assess, approve, and handle retirement account requests from clients.

• Investigate historical account activity and address account-related concerns.

• Collaborate with internal and external vendors and partners.

• Follow up with partners via phone or email.

• Oversee department email inboxes, workflow queues, and Salesforce cases.

• Offer feedback on process improvements to enhance workflows and boost departmental efficiency.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRS retirement-account regulations and tax codes.

• Complete additional assigned tasks and projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the retirement industry is required.

• A financial degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Familiarity with Relius and Salesforce is preferred.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and complete tasks under pressure.

• Proficient in generating reports in Salesforce and Relius and analyzing data.

• Capable of meeting daily deadlines for timely disbursement processing.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.

• High level of keyboarding skills, internet proficiency, and experience with web-based systems.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Professional in customer interactions and handling inquiries.

• Solid analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to independently solve complex problems.

• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.

• Ability to fulfill remote-work requirements: uninterrupted virtual workspace, family care during business hours, and internet speed of 50 Mbps or higher.
