Distribution Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Promoting profitable growth of key distribution points within the region.

• Building long-term relationships with branch managers and sales representatives.

• Visiting end-users to advise and demonstrate products.

• Representing the company at events, trade shows, and open days.

• Stimulating revenue growth at branches using merchandising tools.

• Developing business relationships with partners for joint revenue growth through the sale of SPIT PASLODE products.

• Introducing products and sharing knowledge through demonstrations, joint visits, and prospecting.

• Visiting end-users, construction projects, and building sites to identify needs and support distributors.

• Sharing technical knowledge, promoting special offers, and highlighting product benefits.

• Identifying new trends and contributing to value propositions for customers and partners.

• Planning and recording activities in a CRM system.

• Taking responsibility for the growth of the finishing sector, installation, and contractors/roofers in West Brabant, Zeeland, and South Holland.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed a commercial education or have gained initial experience in sales.

• You possess knowledge of negotiation techniques.

• You have strong skills in building long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.

• You are curious and not intimidated by technical products.

• You have excellent presentation and communication skills.

• You enjoy exchanging ideas and actively seek solutions for your interlocutors' challenges.

• You work independently and have an entrepreneurial mindset.

• You are well-organized and know how to prioritize to achieve your goals.

• You love challenges and strive for the growth of your customer portfolio.

• You analyze market data and contribute your observations to developing local or regional initiatives.

• You are a true team player and share your knowledge and views constructively.

• You speak fluent Dutch (English is a plus).

• You are open to business travel when necessary.
