This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Spearhead the formulation of the DGX Cloud strategy for comprehensive full-stack integration.
• Design interfaces between accelerated hardware and software stacks for both bare-metal and virtualized computing environments.
• Establish and drive the technical strategy for enterprise, sovereign, and neocloud datacenter settings.
• Create and develop control-plane and data-plane systems for on-demand, scalable, and metered accelerated computing hardware.
• Define product specifications, roadmap, and technical strategy in collaboration with NVIDIA leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Engineer the hardware-software boundaries across hardware, firmware, and system software layers.
• Facilitate integration for shared memory, storage, and networking systems through Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) layers.
• Oversee technical delivery across neocloud, enterprise, sovereign, and high-security private datacenters.
• Partner with customers, infrastructure providers, and stakeholders.
• Lead technical planning and manage the complete software and system lifecycle from conception to operations and ongoing evolution.
• 15–20+ years of experience in technical roles concentrated on low-level systems integration across hardware, firmware, operating systems, and virtualization.
• 7–10+ years of experience in leadership positions.
• BS/MS or higher degree, or equivalent experience, in systems/software engineering or related engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency in defining abstractions and building secure, highly available IaaS and PaaS layers.
• Technical expertise in multi-tenant datacenter and cloud-native architectures.
• Comprehensive understanding of full-stack connectivity across computing, storage, and networking for both bare metal and virtualization.
• Proven track record of delivering technically intricate, high-impact solutions with visibility into resource utilization, performance, and operational metrics.
• Ability to integrate cross-functional needs into architecture and design while guiding execution across diverse teams.
• Excellent collaboration, influence, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Practical experience in building systems that support AI/ML workloads.
• Experience in designing, developing, delivering, and operating secure, highly available, scalable enterprise and cloud systems.
• Established history of creating scalable processes and extensible systems for cross-functional collaboration and large-scale operations.
• Familiarity with open-source infrastructure ecosystems and projects, including Linux, Kubernetes, CAPI, KubeVirt, and Kata.
• Capability to collaborate and influence open-source project governance.
