Dispatcher – U.S. Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the daily dispatch of healthcare providers to designated long-term care (LTC) facilities throughout California.

• Align patient visit requests with the schedules of available providers, ensuring all appointments are fulfilled within specified timeframes.

• Enhance provider routes based on geographic location, provider panels, and operational priorities to minimize travel time and boost efficiency.

• Keep scheduling data, provider availability, and patient assignments current in internal systems.

• Liaise with providers, facility personnel, and internal teams to address scheduling conflicts and unexpected changes in routes in real-time.

• Track dispatch performance metrics and proactively make adjustments to ensure timely visit completions.

• Evaluate provider utilization and route data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.

• Ensure compliance with AllCare.ai dispatch policies, HIPAA regulations, and operational standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of dispatch experience with U.S.-based companies, ideally in healthcare or logistics.

• Strong knowledge of route optimization, territory management, and schedule coordination.

• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in scheduling, routing, or CRM platforms like Google Maps, Salesforce, or comparable tools.

• Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and adapt effectively in a dynamic operational setting.

• Experience in healthcare dispatch or medical provider scheduling is preferred.

• Analytical thinker capable of interpreting scheduling data and making informed operational decisions is preferred.

• Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities is preferred.

• Team-oriented individual who communicates effectively across various departments is preferred.

• Familiarity with California LTC operations or home health scheduling is preferred.

• Ability to work Monday through Friday in alignment with Pacific Time (U.S.).
