Dispatcher Technical Consultant, Blue Yonder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create and execute enhancements tailored for clients within Blue Yonder Dispatcher.

• Develop and refine sophisticated Oracle SQL / PL/SQL solutions.

• Construct and sustain operational reports utilizing JasperReports / Jaspersoft.

• Set up and resolve issues related to Dispatcher Merge rules and RF/RDT processes.

• Assess business needs and convert them into technical modifications for WMS.

• Examine intricate production challenges that span application logic, workflows, and data.

• Assist in the testing and transition of modifications through Test, UAT, and Production environments.

• Collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and various stakeholders.

• Keep technical documentation updated and adhere to established release and change-management protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher / JDA Dispatcher / RedPrairie Dispatcher.

• Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

• Technical expertise in configuring or customizing Dispatcher.

• Solid grasp of warehouse operations including receiving, replenishment, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatching.

• Familiarity with RF/RDT warehouse processes.

• Experience in supporting releases into UAT and Production environments.

• Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills.

• Background with JasperReports, Merge rules, and Dispatcher reporting/configuration would be especially beneficial.
