Dispatcher – Business Aviation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Receive fuel requests through email or phone and verify details with clients.

• Input orders into the GA order entry system (OTS) and secure pricing.

• Coordinate fuel deliveries with preferred carriers and ensure successful completion.

• Address logistical challenges and suggest alternative solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Supply, Accounting, and various other departments.

• Guarantee timely deliveries and outstanding customer experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

• 1–6 months of experience in dispatching, customer service, or communication roles is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, as well as time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through phone and email.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with rotating weekend shifts for on-call coverage.

• Must reside on the East Coast.

• Preference for candidates located in or around Tampa, FL.
