This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Organize and manage daily schedules according to call urgency and technician capabilities

• Dispatch technicians and provide post-service briefings

• Oversee the performance metrics of service technicians

• Engage with customers promptly and effectively

• Comprehend sales objectives and assist in maintaining team accountability

• Swiftly modify schedules in response to changing priorities throughout the day

• Proficiency in ServiceTitan is essential

• Prior experience in the home service sector is highly desirable

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 1 year of dispatch experience, ideally with technicians

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite

• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to rapidly switch priorities

• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
