Dispatch Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a designated territory and become the expert on operational requirements, including regional licensing and coverage regulations.

• Quickly pair each job in the territory with a process server and manage dispatch requests to meet service level agreement (SLA) targets.

• Professionally communicate with independent contractor process servers via phone, text, and email.

• Develop relationships with servers and discover mutually beneficial solutions for both sides of the marketplace.

• Manage client interactions through phone and email communications.

• Negotiate equitable pricing for servers and the company.

• Record communications with clients and servers, as well as document job-related decisions.

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and communicate pricing and network gaps to the larger team.

• Assist teammates in resolving issues.

• Utilize data and dashboards to monitor performance, recognize trends, and enhance decision-making and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in dispatch, logistics, operations, customer service, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable making outbound phone calls daily.

• Experience or a natural aptitude for building trust-based relationships, particularly with independent contractors or other partners.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with frequent changes.

• Proficient in MacOS and Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides).

• Quick to embrace new technology and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with a marketplace or gig economy platform is preferred.

• Knowledge of business intelligence tools for self-service analytics is preferred.
