This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Offer direct support to the ROI Account Manager.
• Evaluate, process, and distribute medical records through mail, fax, email, and various other channels.
• Generate invoices for disability/FMLA forms in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Inspect records for precision and adherence to policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
• Provide and document comprehensive, accurate details on each processed file/chart.
• Update and maintain the Accounting of Disclosures for activities related to disability/FMLA forms.
• Apply precise data to processed charts when required.
• Reach out to patients/requesters to obtain payment for outstanding disability/FMLA forms.
• Allocate forms to Disability Account Managers/Form Specialists as needed.
• Deliver customer service while safeguarding patient privacy.
• Manage high call volumes while upholding service standards and professionalism.
• Achieve production and quality goals and oversee assigned accounts within set turnaround times.
• Report to the Director of Operations when necessary.
