Direttore/ice Lavori – Senior Construction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Supervise construction projects in terms of costs, timelines, and quality.

• Coordinate interfaces between technicians and various companies working on-site.

• Plan, control, and monitor project activities.

• Ensure and verify quality standards.

• Manage contracts effectively.

• Oversee costs and reserves.

• Handle Work Progress Statements (SAL) and invoicing.

• Operate throughout Italy, with the possibility of working at the offices in Milan, Rome, or Bolzano.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in civil/building engineering or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Project Management.

• Detailed knowledge of the Procurement Code and public procedures.

• Experience in the industrial/logistics sector.

• Familiarity with technical standards and state-of-the-art practices.

• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

• Initial experience in LEAN methodology.

• Willingness to travel throughout the country.

• Ability to work independently and autonomously.

• Assertiveness and strong communication skills.

• Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.

• Knowledge of German will be considered an advantage.

• Valid category B driving license and willingness to drive.
