This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically oversee and enhance Truck and Equipment leasing and services.

• Expand the fleet by acquiring new clients through leasing and service offerings.

• Boost service penetration across both core and non-core products.

• Ensure client retention.

• Lead the Truck and Equipment Business by sourcing new leased assets and providing fleet management services.

• Support the overarching strategy for the Truck and Equipment Group.

• Collaborate with the Commercial Performance team to foster new business opportunities and enhance client retention.

• Keep current CRM data updated in Salesforce.com.

• Manage KPIs that guide business development decisions and efficiency.

• Work in conjunction with Corporate Fleet and Special Programs to promote Wheels’ value, enhance margins, and strengthen client relationships.

• Partner with industry stakeholders to drive new business and maintain client retention.

• Assist in the annual budget formulation and strategies for meeting objectives within the designated territory.

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders within client and prospective organizations.

• Monitor trends in targeted industries and equipment.

• Attend relevant conferences and industry associations.

• Provide assistance in collections when necessary.

• Navigate organizational dynamics, influence others, manage change effectively, and oversee work processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• An MBA is preferred.

• 7-10 years of proven success in sales and business development.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and directing a sales territory.

• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of leasing practices.

• Excellent leadership skills complemented by strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to make informed decisions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.

• Capable of communicating with C-suite executives as well as frontline employees.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Successful completion of drug and background screening is required.
