This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead and take ownership of the integration and transition roadmap for selected large-scale initiatives spanning planning, mobilization, execution, and stabilization.

• Act as the primary point of accountability for all transition and integration outcomes.

• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure alignment, readiness, and prompt decision-making.

• Define and monitor integration milestones, success metrics, and stabilization criteria.

• Serve as the enterprise focal point through transition coordination, enhancing organizational visibility.

• Monitor pressure points and emerging risks across technology, operations, personnel, and vendors.

• Identify issues early, escalate as necessary, and drive resolution before risks lead to service disruptions.

• Maintain a comprehensive view of risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Plan resource requirements and balance delivery timelines with operational capacity.

• Collaborate with business, operational, and technology leaders to manage change saturation and develop continuity plans.

• Ensure service levels, customer outcomes, and regulatory obligations are upheld throughout the integration process.

• Monitor transition performance metrics and lead corrective actions and mitigation strategies.

• Align leadership messaging and provide narratives on transitions, decision points, and risk awareness.

• Establish and manage effective transition governance frameworks.

• Distill complex inputs into clear options and trade-offs to facilitate timely decision-making.

• Ensure accountability across workstreams and eliminate obstacles to progress.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations, engineering, or a related field is required.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise transformation, integration, transition management, or large-scale program leadership.

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional transitions involving operations, technology, personnel, and vendors.

• Proven track record of accountability for end-to-end integration programs, including roadmap management, governance, and stabilization.

• Experience managing simultaneous, high-impact initiatives while ensuring operational continuity.

• Strong background working with executive leadership to facilitate timely decisions and align messaging.

• Experience in regulated, national, or mission-critical environments is preferred.

• Exposure to in-housing, shifts in operating models, or service delivery transformations is a significant advantage.

• Expertise in enterprise transition and integration management across complex, multi-workstream initiatives.

• Comprehensive ownership of integration roadmaps, milestones, and stabilization outcomes.

• Strong systems thinking capability, with the ability to foresee downstream operational, technical, and personnel impacts.

• Advanced risk, issue, and dependency management skills, with proactive escalation and mitigation strategies.

• Change sequencing and capacity management expertise to prevent operational overload and ensure performance is protected.

• Experience in operational readiness assessment and service continuity planning during significant changes.

• Governance design and execution skills, including clear decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability.

• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear options, trade-offs, and executive recommendations.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align leaders without direct authority.

• Clear and disciplined communication that alleviates uncertainty and aligns leadership messaging.

• Proven capability to coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, HR, finance, and vendors.

• Performance monitoring and utilization of metrics to assess transition health and integration success.

• High tolerance for ambiguity, demonstrating calm and decisive leadership under pressure.

• Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability for enterprise outcomes.

• Strong organizational awareness and judgment in navigating complex stakeholder environments.
