This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage the national Allergy Thought Leader Liaison team, focusing on performance management, coaching, succession planning, and career advancement.
• Foster a high-performing and inclusive team culture built on accountability, collaboration, sound judgment, and adherence to company values.
• Establish the national Allergy TLL strategy and convert brand priorities into actionable field plans and execution.
• Oversee thought-leader engagement, participation in congresses and conferences, speaker-training strategy and execution, and the management of the speaker program.
• Incorporate field and customer insights into brand planning processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, field, medical, market access, and other teams to create and refine business strategies.
• Develop alliance partnerships and align objectives, roles, operational processes, and execution across organizations.
• Manage the TLL budget and operating model, which includes resource allocation, team processes, vendor support, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance and sound judgment in thought-leader engagement, congress activities, speaker programs, operational practices, and travel and expense management.
• Report directly to the Senior Director, CRSwNP/AFRS Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, including field sales, product marketing, medical, clinical, or related functions.
• Proven track record in leading and developing experienced teams.
• Strong skills in strategic thinking, organization, project management, and analysis.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50–80% of the time.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals is preferred.
• Background in working with thought leaders, field-based teams, and alliance partners is advantageous.
• Master’s degree or other relevant advanced education or certification is preferred.
